Oklahoma Livestock Relief Coalition

Recognizing that the current drought and hay shortage may result in unprecedented numbers of neglected and starving livestock in Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Livestock Relief Fund was established to provide funds directly to law enforcement from the time of seizure of animals until the time the animals are released by the owner to the seizing agency when they may be dispersed. This time is not to exceed thirty (30) days unless there are extenuating circumstances in which case any extension of the thirty (30) days will be considered by the Executive Committee of the Oklahoma Livestock Relief Coalition.
