Are you a veterinarian who graduated within the last 10 years? Looking to build meaningful relationships with your peers and grow your skills beyond day-to-day practice? The Power of Ten Leadership Program may be for you.
The Power of Ten is offered every other year and is designed to cultivate leadership in committed veterinarians as we continue advancing the profession. Ten participants are selected from the applicant pool to engage in a year-long experience that includes leadership development, peer discussion, and mentorship. The program supports recent DVM graduates as they navigate and thrive in their professional environments.
Applications are due to the OVMA office by April 24, 2026.

The program will kick off with Elanco’s Insights Training on June 9 and conclude at the 2027 Oklahoma Veterinary Conference.
